Bio: Frank Rijmen Standard (130 words) Frank Rijmen is Vice President of Psychometrics and Measurement at Cambium Assessment, where he leads a team of about 100 psychometricians, measurement scientists, and data scientists supporting Cambium's state assessment programs. A member of Cambium's senior leadership team, he also leads its psychometric research and development, including work on complex multi-interaction item types, adaptive item selection, and the prediction of item statistics from textual embeddings. Before joining Cambium in 2020, he held psychometric leadership roles at the American Institutes for Research, the Association of American Medical Colleges (MCAT), and CTB/McGraw-Hill, after a decade as a research scientist at ETS. He is the author of the BNL toolbox, the prototype for Cambium's operational calibration software, and of more than 50 peer-reviewed publications. He holds a Ph.D. in psychology from KU Leuven.
